Hampi – Great Historical And Religious Place
The fascinating ruins of the Vijaynagar, a 15th century city near the village of Hampi are example of an extraordinary landscape. If you wish to visit the place you can get there through Rail, Road and Air transport. Through rail transport the nearest point is Hospet from where the Hampi is about 12Kms. Similar is the case with road transportation. There is regular bus service from Banglore to Hospet and from Hospet to Hampi. If you prefer to travel via air the nearest airport is at Bellary and other convenient airports can be Belgaum and Banglore.
