Happy teatime

  The Japanese New Year called Oshogatsu.  Japanese the New Year celebration keep on three days, but actually January is a special month and everything associated with the New Year and is symbolic of new start, or first of the New Year.  New Year’s Eve, On the New Year's Eve, Buddhist temples ring bells 108 times to remember Japan's hardships before midnight.  This mean have cuts off the one hundred eight worldly desires, and get back to a new human being. Oshogatsu or January is a time to peace and resolution time, and Japanese people do not go to the work until 3^rd. 

  January 3^rd is new work day we call “Shigoto Hajime” It is the first business day of the year. People celebrated with their family and visit to the Shinto shrine in families is called "Hatsu Mohde".  On Shogatsu time, family eat “Osechi” (New year family dishes) and “Mochi”(Rice cake)  or “Ozoni”. There are many good luck symbols and attractions associated with the New Year. Symbol of Cranes and turtles are described longevity and happiness. The first three days of a New Year holidays are very important day to spend with God.
