Posting Minneapolis Condo Listings on Facebook?

If you are a real estate agent these days you know how competitive every corner of the market is.  Let's face it, everyone uses the web so having a good web presence makes sense if you want to do well in real estate.  Many people talk about using the latest social media platforms like google+, facebook and twitter yet few really understand how to leverage these tools when it comes to real estate.  Today I will elaborate on a few very important techniques that any Realtor could use to enhance their business on the web.

Facebook and Google+ allow for users to post all sorts of updates.  Its these updates that can influence your sphere of influence if you were to post something of interest like, say a new website covering Minneapolis Condos.  To make it even better say you were to write a nice quick heading about the new site--something that was nothing more than a small sentence regarding your thoughts of the site.  Then you would have a good update on your hands.

What is even more interesting is if you were to take that URL, import it in a fantastic site called: bit.ly which takes large URLs and condenses them down to very small URLs and then write your post in Twitter which broadcasts the message all over the web.  Putting a # mark on any of the important parts of the twitter message would also enhance who would do more than read the simple message but click the link to get more details on what the message was relating to.

Its these types of really simple strategies that can make a huge difference over time for real estate agents who stay focused in the market.
