Fluorite ore, also known as fluor, is the main source of industrial fluorine and one of the important raw materials of nonmetallic mineral in the world. The pure colorless transparent fluorite ore can be used as optical material, while the bright color fluorite ore can be used as the material of gems and Craft art sculpture. It is also the basic material of Fluorine chemical industry, and its processed products are widely uses in the field of Aerospace, aviation, refrigeration, pharmacy, Pesticide, Antisepsis, extinguishment, electron, electric power, machinery, atomic energy and etc. With the development of science and national economy, fluorite ore has become the important raw mineral materials of modern industry. Many developed countries reserved fluorite ore as an important strategic material. China’s fluorite ore is rich in resources, wide in distribution, various in deposit types and with the resources reserve volume, production capacity and export quantum all occupy the first place in the world. Fluorite was first be found by ancient Indian.In order to separate the useful minerals and gangue minerals, we should first crush phosphate rock, so that the phosphate material is in monomer separation state, which is called "single separation degree". Only in the dissociation case can we select phosphate material. Therefore, usually the ore should first experience crushing and grinding operation before concentration operation. Finally, the finished product is higher phosphorus which is called the phosphate concentrate.
Barite is the most common mineral , whose composition is additive barium. Produced in hot liquid mineral veins of low temperature, such as quartz-barite veins, fluorite-barite pulse and so on, often symbiosis with galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and cinnabar.
The undressed ore containing barite firstly is crushed roughly and elaborately (this process normally includes two cycle), through the reduplicative crushing process, the materials can be transported  for high temperature roasting. Hereafter, transporting the nubby materials  to the flotation machine for flotation dressing, after where it is finished barite. These barite  also can be dried in the rotary dryers, for further processing.
At the same time, use hanging device above the rack to hang back shelf. Repeat the above process, then close back top shelf. Replacement of impact crusher board hammer: the aboard hammer of impact crusher should be adjust or replace when it wears to a certain degree, this step can avoid damages to the fastener and other parts. Replacement of impact crusher liner plate: Open after-front-shelf, remove split pin for fixing impact plate, notch nut, the bolt, this can change the impact plate after wearing and tearing.　If install new impact liner plate, reverse the above process.
