Drawbacks: it will increase the weight of the upper part of the screen machine, which wil reduce the transmitted force of vibration and weaken the screening effect. If the rewinding plate breaks, it will increase the sales costs.
Adaptation range: it can apply to the vibrating screen with smaller diameter of less than 1000 for the demand for special screening. Currently, because of the limitation of the medium lattice, the addition of the rewinding plate will make material decline, causing blockage. There is no need to add the rewinding plate fot the general screening.
The advantages and disadvantages of the ball holding plate:
Advantages: it is equipped with bouncing ball, belonging to the clean net device. It helps to clean up the sieve and enhance the screening effect.

In order to improve the screening efficiency make the screen surface covered with the material, the separatory plate can be set at the entrance. The vibrating screen is generally arranged in the senior plant of the crushing workshop and its span is generally not less than 8m. When processing the complex materials, the span of the vibrating screen can be made 9m. The centerline of the screening equipment and the centerline of the bucket elevator should be in line from the horizontal direction. The spacing between them should ensure the minimum size that the elephant trunk needs when installing the bucket elevator and the vibrating screen and the tilt angle of the elephant trunk should be not less than 45 degrees.
There are three kinds of transportation forms for the coarse particles:
1) To be sent to the crusher directly through the elephant trunk for another crushing;
2) To be sent to the transition bunker through the conveying equipment;
3) To be transported to the feeding bunker by the dedicated belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
As for the screening equipment, when selecting the vibrating screen, there are some problems needing attention: its centerline from the floor height is generally equal to or slightly less than the width of the screening machine. The screening machine should be set dust cover and its structure should be easy to replace the screen sieve. The access door should be located on the front of the sieve and the both sides. Vibrating screen should be equipped with large sealed dust cover; its elevation should be in line with the elevation of the maintenance platform of bucket elevator. When overhauling the vibrating screen, the lifting parts should be above the dust cover.

2, with regard to the problem of poor stiffness of the frame design that leads to the twist phenomenon, the users should choose the vibrating screen with strong frame stiffness for production;
3, to solve the problem of the inconsistent stiffness of four support springs that leads to the uneven supporting of the vibrating screen, before starting the vibrating screen, the operator should conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine to ensure the consistency of the stiffness of each of the supporting springs.
4, when handling the fourth phenomenon, in the use of vibrating screen, it should be ensured that the feeding should be continuous and uniform to avoid the unnecessary failures of vibrating screen.

(1) The electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be directly installed in the working position according to the given size of the installation diagram without disassembly. Before the installation, the operator must check the fastening of the screws of various parts of the vibrator. The connection screws of the tank and the coupling fork should be tightened one by one. The top screws of the plate spring must be re-tightened before the installation (generally, GZ1 ~ GZ5 series can use the 1.5m stress application rod and the GZ6 ~ GZ14 series can be equipped with the one of 2m), otherwise, it will affect the tuning values of the vibrating feeder. The air gap between the core and the armature should be checked and adjusted to 1.8 ~ 2.1mm and the core and the armature plane should be maintained parallel and clean, and then the operator should tighten the adjusting bolt and the fixing bolt of the core holder individually. The plywood bolt of the coil should be tightened to prevent the coil loose.
(2) To make the stability of the machine and ensure the accurate transportation of the material, the direction of the exciting force of the vibrator should pass through the gravity of the tank body.
(3) The boom of the vibrating feeder should use the wire rope and the framework which is used to support the boom should have sufficient stiffness. If the framework has obvious beating, it will affect the normal work of the vibrating feeder. The boom along the longitudinal direction of the feeder should be vertical; while the boom along the width direction of the vibrating feeder should incline outwardly 10 °.
