Facebook Home, the Android skin of Facebook, has had its first update. The update consists primarily of bug fixes. The social network took the opportunity to announce that the skin has already passed one million downloads milestone.

Facebook Home issued a limited number of Android devices barely a month ago. Through detours was to install on unsupported devices the skin and that, according to Facebook more than 10,000 times happened. Impressions of Facebook Home nevertheless were not very positive and it is unclear how many people actually leave the skin after installation. Currently, Facebook Home averaged 2.2 out of 5 possible stars received from users, with more than half only assigns a star. Facebook also is aware of the complaints and are investigating what they can do to offer a better experience. The update is now launched, but they carry no major improvements in the user experience, unless you suffer from encountered bugs.

New smartphone from Nokia Asha series named 210 represents affordable phone with physical QWERTY keyboard and simplified operating system. According to the Finnish producer, this is social smartphone and your friends are just click away from you.

Nokia Asha 210 - has dimensions of 111.5 x 60 x 11.8 mm, and weighs 97.3 grams. Asha 210 will be available in two variants, one with single slot for SIM cards and a dual SIM card verison. Tanks to the Nokia's Easy Swap technology, it will be possible to swap SIM cards without having to turn off the phone.

Physical keyboards are something we see less and less by each day, but Asha 210 has a full QWERTY keyboard, unlike modern touch screen phones. An interesting feature is a WhatsApp button, which provides quick access to the popular messaging service which is preinstalled on the phone. Nokia Asha 210 is equipped with a 2.4-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA). The back of the device has a 2-megapixel camera, while the storage memory is a modest, only 65 megabytes, but there is space for a memory card of up to 32 gigabytes. This new Nokia phone is also equipped with a WiFi button, which makes it easy to turn on and turn off the connection to the wireless network.

Google has now announced the specifications of Google Glass on its website. These futuristic glasses have drawn a lot of attention lately, and after you read the technical information, you will understand why.  

The screen in the glasses gets a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels. According to Google, the resolution is the equivalent of a 25 inch HD screen that power has 2.4 meter viewing distance. The glasses are equipped with a 5 -mega-pixel camera that can also record a video HD resolution (720p). The glasses have 16GB flash memory of which about 12GB still remains free for the user. As for connectivity, there is Bluetooth and WiFi support. Google Glass is also equipped with a Micro USB connector, while the battery should, in normal use, last a day. Owners of Android smartphones can communicate with the Google Glass via My Glass app which supports GPS and SMS, but only works with devices running Android 4.0.3 or higher.
