Sandwich at the Double Tree Hotel on Quebec Street Denver Colorado

Is this just a pastrami sandwich? I have been traveling in and out of Denver for business 3 to 4 times a year for the last 6 years. There is a place that I go to for lunch at least one time on the trip and twice or thrice (that’s for Conan) if possible.

At the Double Tree hotel on Quebec Street is The Café restaurant. The same lady (Olivia) has been making my sandwich for the last 6 years. She creates your sandwich to order, there is no menu. She has bags of bread and you can choose white, wheat, marble rye, sourdough and more. She has turkey, pastrami, roast beef and more all hand sliced in front of you. While she is creating your sandwich, she keeps a nice conversation going that makes your sandwich a personal experience and it taste incredible.
