Monster High Its Alive Spectra Vondergeist Doll (Toy) When I saw this Spectra doll in the package I thought that it was really cool that she lit up. I tried her while she was still in the box. She also made a cool ghostly moan while lighting up. But since she was in the box and under plastic I did not realize the material she was made out of.I do not recommend that you get her. One of the reasons is that the original Spectra has better quality clothes. Another reason is that you can not bend any of her limbs and they keep falling out. The face is very poor quality. The plastic is not soft like the other dolls. It is very hard and shaped wrong. Her makeup is much less detailed. Her hair is very thin and awkwardly applied. There is a distinct line on her forehead that seems like it must be where they put in the mechanics. It seems like the Mattel people have put much much less time into this doll than any of their previous dolls. I am a HUGE Monster High collector and this was a waste of my money - and on my birthday too. The only thing I will be able to do with this doll is put her on display. She is not built well enough to play with. I will not be getting any more of the dolls from this Ghouls Alive line. Im very disappointed with Mattel. I expect better from them.PS. Her leg fell off while I was writing this review.

Being a deskjockey and not a lumberjack I did not realize that there are multiple sizes of these wedges. I was looking for the large ones that you see on Axe Men. What I actually purchased however were only slightly larger than a pack of cigarettes.That said these things work great. I think in the end this size is actually much more practical for the average homeowner with medium to light duty needs. I used these with great effect to drop a 20" wrongly-leaning hardwood. These offered just enough persuasion for the tree to go where I was asking it to go instead of onto my roof.I think that the larger ones I was originally seeking would actually be too large for my needs. I rarely work with anything larger than 24" on my property and if I do Im calling a tree service for the insurance. For anything smaller I think this size is just right to provide leverage while not being bulky enough to get in the way.These guys are really solid as well. I began by driving them in with a hammer which worked pretty well. However I quickly realized that it was much more efficient to use the sledge end of my splitting maul. Perfect. These plastic wedges totally held their own and I no longer worry about them cracking or giving out under the stress of driving them into the slot. Im sure I dont even need to mention this but they are NOT however impervious to the actual teeth of the chainsaw as I discovered. A roaring chain will eat through them like butter and will also I am here to attest hurl them 50 feet across the yard if say the wedge were to fall onto the chain at the completion of a preventing a pinch when making a vertical cut. Thinking before acting is always preferred when operating a chainsaw.

I did my research on coil hoses for the backyard garden after my previous one kinked and had hundreds of tiny punctures in it over just one year which made it spray mist everywhere. It seemed like this model had the best reviews, but was also the most expensive.You get what you pay for.The connection to your spigot is excellent. The whole feel of the hose is high-quality. The metal spring coil near the female end eliminates any kinking and the stainless steel connectors on either end sing "durability". The hose is a fairly thick gauge with decent weight and a glossy finish. I also love the plethora of earth tones available to choose from. It will almost disappear when not used depending on your landscape.The biggest test was the ability to recoil. Even after stretching it to it's max, and on a 100* day no less, the hose recoiled to its original fashion. I have been using this daily for almost a month without a single complaint.

That being said I have two complaints.First is that these are really messy... I usually hide them in the corners, and inadvertently, someone will kick it, or it will get hit by the vacuum and then it falls on the floor... It is very difficult to get it off of tile, and basically impossible to get off of carpet, so please be careful with that.Second is that once open, they only seem to last the time it takes to get rid of the ants, so maybe 1-2 weeks depending on the number of ants and the number of trails going for it. After that, you have to throw them away and get a new trap (or at least that has been my experience)...END UPDATE ----------------------Okay, I bought this back in October, and am only now reviewing it, because I wanted to see how it works. First let me tell you my story. We would see ants everywhere (a few here, a few there) and could not get rid of them. BE CAREFUL where you place these things. Ants will come from everywhere to get to these. I placed one on my kitchen counter (mistake) because I saw a trail there, I placed one in my closet, really high hoping them came from the attic, and one in our guest bathroom, the first go around. Ants came from everywhere, I mean, you don't really know where they are going to come from, we had like 4 trails going to each trap, very annoying with the ants everywhere (I had to lock the guest bathroom it was so bad in there), but I was patient. In our closet (3-4 days), ants were gone and never came back. In our guest bathroom (3-4 days), ants where gone and never came back. I assume a few of the trails were from the attic also, but alas no ants upstairs.The kitchen, well that was a different story. After the first set of ants (3 days worth) and I mean it was a TON of ants. After a week, they are back for more.
