Here’s a little more about who I am, and where some of the content of Insurance with a Twist comes from!
My name is Jared J. Balis. As an insurance agent in Utah, I’ve specialized in individual, family, and group health insurance since 2001. After working with so many Utahns who were adversely affected by rising health insurance premiums year after year, I took the idea of catastrophic health insurance plans, qualified high deductible health plans, and health savings accounts, and recommended them to my clients as a money-saving solution to high health insurance costs.
Still an advocate of catastrophic insurance coverage, I continue to write articles for local news outlets, my own insurance websites, ezinearticles.com, and related insurance blogs, with the intent of reaching as many potential candidates for this solution as I can.
In addition to health insurance, I’ve also assisted Utah businesses in setting up business liability packages, life insurance, auto & home insurance packages, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance plans.
Insurance shouldn’t be boring, but most of the time, it is. The whole idea behind my blog is to convey the importance, uses, and value of specific types of insurance policies through personal experiences, humor, visualization, shock, and other attention-grabbing methods.
